This policy explains how Book Buddy handles delivery, refunds, returns, and cancellations for merchandise orders placed on our website.
1. Delivery
- We deliver across all cities in Pakistan and other countries.
- Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location.
- Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
- You will receive an order confirmation and, where available, a tracking update once your order is dispatched.
- In case of unexpected delays (e.g., due to courier issues or circumstances beyond our control), we will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Refund Policy
A refund will be issued in the following situations:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method, or bank transfer where applicable.
3. Return and Exchange Policy
- Returns of items are not accepted.
- Exchange of items are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- If you received the wrong size, we offer a free size exchange within the return window, subject to stock availability.

4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have been dispatched.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; however, our standard return policy will apply once the item is delivered.
